Corn Grits

2 cups chicken broth
1 cup yellow grits (not instant)
1 cup grilled corn
2 cups cream
1/2 stick butter

Grill corn over open flame or BBQ over charcoal. Bring chicken broth and heavy cream to a boil. Slowly whisk in the grits and the grilled corn. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for about 5 more minutes. Add butter and stir till melted. Season with salt and pepper.
